A solo show ‘Moi et le monde imparfait’ by artist Xandria Noir opened on November 21, 2019 at the French Embassy Islamabad with a wonderful speech by the ambassador Dr. Marc Barety. The event was attended by a large number of audience inclusive of diplomatic corps, ambassadors and local community with great admiration for Xandria’s work, which was mainly large paintings in black and white.

Works exhibited were from her three latest series Treizième Composition, Quatorzième Composition and Quinzième Composition that were her expressions in black and white. Along with the latest works, six paintings from previous years were added to curation on request.

French ambassador Mr Marc Barety opened the event with impressive speech on Xandria’s works and style. Description of paintings were not included as Xandria does not like describing her art and leave it to the interpretation of the viewers. She prefers the viewers to get personal communication with her art.
